Their culture is underpinned by strong values: Collaboration, Accountability, Clear Communication.About the RoleAs a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting people to return to work and life after injury or illness. In this fast-paced and rewarding position, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting clients recovering from injury or illness as they return to work and everyday life
Conducting assessments and delivering case management services across diverse portfolios
Developing and implementing personalised recovery and return-to-work plans
Liaising with healthcare providers, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders
To be successful:
Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
Relevant professional registration or membership (e.g. AHPRA, ESSA)
2 years + experience
A current Police Check and Working with Children Check
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
A team player mindset with a genuine passion for helping others
A proactive, solutions focused attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
