
Volunteer - Therapy Assistant (Mini Habitile)

- Dates: October 6–16, 2025 (weekdays only)
- Time: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM daily
- Location: Cerebral Palsy Alliance, Canberra
- Paired with a child and therapist to help deliver the intervention
- Receive ongoing support and training from experienced physiotherapists and occupational therapists
- Learn about HABIT-ILE, motor learning principles, and how to scaffold goal-directed therapy
- Free training in an evidence-based therapy model
- Practical experience in a paediatric therapy setting
- Exposure to a large clinical randomised trial and related research
- Certificate of attendance provided
- Aged 16 years or older
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Working with Vulnerable People Check (ACT), if applicable
