Chefs - We're Coming to Meet You

- Travel to one of our villages via free bus service from Mackay, self-transportation from a nearby town, or potential flights from Brisbane (BIBO/DIDO/FIFO)
- Cook alongside our supportive team for a village of 150-3000 people (bulk cooking on day/night shifts)
- Work a 14:7 roster (two weeks living/working on site, 10.5-hour days, and one week home for what matters most)
- SALARY of $90k-$120k + 12% Superannuation (paid on all rostered hours)
- ANNUAL LEAVE of 5 Weeks (+ your week off at the end of each rotation!)
- ANNUAL BONUS of $17k (paid quarterly)

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or validated equivalent - evidence required)
- Experience in high-volume, bulk/batch cooking, fast-paced kitchens
- Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available)
- National Police Clearance (within last 6 months)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including alcohol and drug screening
