This role will be based at our corporate office in Sydney.In this role you will be support the Operation Management team with generalist HR functions, talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, ER/IR and also learning and development initiatives.As a member of our national team, this role will see you travel to our interstate head office.Working within a growing collaborative national team, you can expect to be challenged and to celebrate all the successes that hard work will deliver.   • 4+ years' experience in all aspects of white-collar end-to-end recruitment
  • Internal generalist HR experience within the civil construction and engineering sectors
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • lead through strong interpersonal skills, driving positive relationships
