- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation.
- Manage all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and objectives.
- Oversee media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and interview coordination.
- Create and distribute engaging content for various communication channels, such as websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Coordinate public relations activities, including events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company and handle crisis communication situations effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and communication across all departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Communications Manager or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in crisis communication and stakeholder management is preferred.
- Knowledge of the industry/sector.
