- A Senior Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring its efficiency, and driving continuous improvements to meet business requirement.
- Good understanding of CRM system and hands on experience in Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
- The resource will join the highly talented team with the primary objective of designing and developing solutions that comply with set standards, principles, best practices, patterns, methods & processes as well as contributing to improving these.
- Overall 7+ years of experience as CRM Support Analyst.
- 2+ years of experience as Senior Salesforce Administrator.
- Demonstrated experience on
- Flows, data validation, reports dashboards.
- Custom objects, profile/permission management, data loader.
- Working experience in Service Now, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model.
- Experience working with multiple integration team and agile methodology.
- Experience with process mapping and optimization.
- Willingness to learn new development languages and technologies.
- Good to have CPQ admin knowledge.
- Excellent problem solving and crisis management skills and strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
- Prior experience building & using CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to effectively present & influence stakeholders.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Must have Salesforce Administrator Certificate.
- Maintaining application health by cleaning data regularly.
- Responding to issues faced by users and resolving them within defined SLAs.
- Design and implement automation workflows, data validations to streamline business operations and processes.
- Evaluate third-party tools and applications to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize Salesforce features. Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Managing weekly production releases coordinating with release engineers.
- Manage Salesforce user accounts, permission sets, to ensure appropriate levels of access and security.
- Delivering projects using agile methodologies.
