Every day is different, and your work will include things like:Personal careDomestic assistanceTransport to appointments or activitiesSocial and community supportYou might also support clients with complex needs – but don’t worry, we’ll give you all the training you need to feel confident and capable. What You’ll Need:A caring, reliable, and compassionate attitudeA personal smartphone (for shift-related tasks)A safe, reliable vehicle We’re Looking for Support Workers Who:
  • Hold min Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
  • Have a genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability
  • Bring previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
  • Own a smartphone compatible with company systems and apps
  • Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or are willing to apply)
  • Have a Police Check issued within the last 6 months
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate
  • Have a valid driver’s licence and a roadworthy, insured vehicle
