- Handling escalated customer complaints and inquiries from various channels.
- Providing and coordinating solution services to customers.
- Following the warranties and returns policy to provide good customer outcomes.
- Carry out administrative duties such as data entry and follow up calls.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
- High level of decision making in resolving customer complaints efficiently with minimal customer effort and in a timely manner.
- 3+ years’ experience in a customer service, call centre.
- A confident, calm and respectful negotiator who is able to work as part of a team as well as operate with little supervision.
- Proven experience dealing with difficult customers and conflict resolution.
- Experience in practical application of the ACL (Australian Consumer Law) in either a retail or manufacturer environment (highly desirable).
- High level of written and verbal English.
