We're looking for dynamic Village Managers and Assistant Village Managers to oversee the efficient, high-standard delivery of services in our village operations-including Catering, Cleaning, Facilities Management, Administration, and Mine Site Cleaning.About the role:As a Village Manager or Assistant Village Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You'll manage client relationships on-site, lead a high-performing team, and uphold contract compliance while delivering an outstanding customer experience.This is your opportunity to lead by example, inspire excellence, and drive a positive and safe workplace culture.Oversee daily village operations with a focus on efficiency and qualityLead, motivate, and support a team to deliver outstanding hospitality servicesBuild and maintain strong site-level client relationshipsChampion a safety-first culture and ensure full compliance with SOPsManage resourcing, rosters, and cost controls to optimise performanceIdentify opportunities to maximise revenue and improve service deliveryFoster team development, cross-skilling, and performance excellenceRecognise and reward top performers to build engagement and moraleTo be considered:Proven excellent experience in managing mining camp/village operations or a strong hospitality management background (Highly Desirable)Inspirational leadership with a track record of motivating and managing teams of 50+ staffUnrestricted work rights in Australia.Must have a valid police check issued within the last 3 months or be willing to obtain one. * Must pass a Queensland Coal Board Medical and Functional Assessment

Standard 11 surface mining induction or willing to obtain.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to site on a FIFO roster
