
Client Service Administrator

- Providing support to a team of Accountants
- Preparation of documents on behalf of Accountants
- Lodgment of documents on behalf of Accountants
- Preparation of correspondence on behalf of Accountants
- Dealing directly with clients and assisting them with queries
- Liaising with the ATO
- Liaising with ASIC
- Onboarding of new clients
Previous experience within a similar role is necessary (minimum 3 years) along with excellent communications skills. It is also essential you have the following:
- Experience working within a large, busy accounting firm
- Experience using Xero, Docusign, FYI Docs, Smart Docs
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to strict deadlines
