The position involves coordinating all aspects of the Follow the Dream program and supporting its integration into the daily operations of the college.The successful applicant is encouraged to provide educational leadership that builds capacity within the school and community by implementing and promoting the Follow the Dream program. They are invited to support students, school staff, volunteers, and community members in sharing ownership of the program’s vision and goals.Collaboration with school leaders and teaching staff will be important in developing and implementing targeted programs, plans, and whole-school approaches aimed at improving student achievement, in line with the Aboriginal Cultural Standards Framework.
