Retail Pricing Manager

• Conduct pricing reviews of open treaties and price new business.
• Assist with developing and implementing innovative and sustainable solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage the development of pricing bases, pricing tools and models.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, through discussing pricing and product development matters and negotiating terms.
• Collaborate with and coach offshore team members.

• Qualified as a FIAA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the life insurance industry with retail pricing experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with actuarial modelling systems such as MoSes or AXIS is desirable.
