You'll be the right hand to the Store Manager, bringing energy and fun to every shift. Leading a passionate team, you'll make sure every customer gets the perfect fit and style advice, while keeping the store running smoothly and buzzing with positive energy.You will:
- Lead and inspire a team of up to 10 staff alongside a passionate Store Manager
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service with a focus on fit and fashion
- Support day-to-day store operations and take charge when the Store Manager is away
- Share your love of product and wellness, staying ahead of seasonal trends
- Coach and develop the team with structured training and mentoring
- Connect with head office through manager calls and reporting
