- Actively pursue new business opportunities whilst maintaining the current customer base
- Maintain focus on company profit margins
- Work closely with the branch team to achieve sales targets and branch goals
- Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Develop knowledge of financing options to assist customers
- Attend applicable sales training events/seminars
- Develop and keep informed on competitor activity within the region
- Previous experience in agricultural equipment sales
- Strong understanding of agricultural machinery and farming operations
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Suite, CRM & sales software systems
- Professional presentation
