
Key Account Manager - ANZ AG

- Drive the ongoing development of business models for key accounts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships to achieve sales and profit targets
- Support strategic business expansion in partnership with brands and the dealer network
- Proactively identify and pursue new growth opportunities with key accounts
- Manage and grow long-term contract business across a portfolio of key accounts
- Uncover new opportunities in untapped markets and follow up on leads
- Coordinate efforts to maximise profitability and new business wins
- Lead the development of procurement solutions in partnership with cross-functional sales teams and work across all business areas, including equipment sales and financial services
- Support dealerships in maximising Corporate sales opportunities
- Provide performance insights through regular reporting and data analysis
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Develop tailored business plans for current and potential tender opportunities
- Lead the design and rollout of national used equipment remarketing program, securing buy-in from multiple brand leaders
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, agricultural science or a related field (postgraduate qualifications in business or management are a bonus)
- At least 5 years' experience in senior sales position, ideally within the agriculture industry
- Experience engaging with C-level executives within a corporate business
- Experience working with dealer distribution channels and end users is highly regarded
- Strong communication and presentation skills - confident representing the business at senior levels
- Proven ability to win new business and consistently exceed sales targets
- Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on high-impact activity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
