- You are confident in project management environments, with a love of big-picture thinking and the skills to see projects from beginning to end, such as establishing project details, performance measurement baselines, key milestones, work breakdown structures, and resource planning.
- Experience providing strategic advice, helping to forecast demand or shape investment decisions in the delivery of Social Infrastructure, Transport or Energy themed projects.
- Experience in infrastructure investment planning, economic analysis, regulatory economics, feasibility planning, quantitative analysis, data science, econometrics and/or model development, demand modelling and forecasting, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Tertiary qualifications in economics, engineering, planning, mathematics, statistics, computer science, commerce, business, law, or other relevant areas.
- Experience delivering strategic, financial, transactional, or commercial advice in respect to major infrastructure projects, complex service procurement, strategy and/or transaction advisory across either transport, social infrastructure, real estate, energy, or resources sectors.
- Professional experience gained in a Chartered Accounting firm, law firm, management consultancy, engineering consultancy, corporate advisory, investment bank, project finance team of a commercial bank, infrastructure fund, construction firm or within Government.
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, law, engineering, or similar fields.
- Qualifications in Engineering (civil, structural, mechanical), Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Project Management.
- Experience in a Project Management/Controls/Risk/Planning functions with cost, risk, schedule or change experiences coupled with appropriate skills in procedures for Project Controls implementation and management.
- Knowledge of best industry practice Project Management, Project Controls and Risk/Contingency Management (e.g., PMBOK, Total Cost Management AACE, ISO 31000, RES Contingency Guideline, etc).
- Qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management, Reliability or Project Management.
- Experience in building asset management capabilities to optimise physical assets and realise their value.
- Exposure with different clients across numerous sectors, including defence, infrastructure, and energy.
