- Manage the sales and account management relationships with Big 4 and national mid-tier Accounting Partners
- Execute and coordinate national training and implementation programs
- Drive customer numbers up and achieve monthly targets
- Drive online strategy and alignment deep within each accounting practice
- Develop project plans to support migration to Xero for large and multi-entity clients of Big 4 and national mid-tier accounting Partners
- Work directly with large and multi-entity clients to demonstrate and sell the value of Xero
- Ensure that a national Partner engagement plan is developed for each Partner
- Manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders and decision makers within each Partner
- Ensure Partners and and other employees within the Practice attend introductory webinars, events & certification training
- Work closely with local Xero Senior Account Account managers to drive local awareness and engagement with the Xero platform, plus ensure the execution of national rollout of training programs
- Educate Partners on all Partner resources available to them
- Monitor all existing Partners as they progress through the sales cycle
- Update our CRM system (Salesforce) with all client communications including calls, emails and meetings
- Maintain and update our CRM system of all practice staff and contact details
- Respond in a timely manner to all Partner enquiries
- Engage in a call cycle (a minimum of every 8 weeks) with all allocated Partners
- Drive attendance at Xero sales events and Partner forums
- Work closely with Partner Consulting team to deliver the business plan
- Engage with Xero product and support teams to ensure a seamless Partner experience with Xero
- Proven sales performance in Financial Technology products and/or Accounting Software and Payments
- Direct Experience in selling + cross selling multiple products
- Experience with managing long term C-suite level relationships for groups with offices across the country
- Experience with SalesForce (or similar) CRM platforms
- Direct experience and knowledge of the workings of an accounting practice
- Loads of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills and an enthusiasm for building strong relationships
- Ability to create a quick and strong rapport with Partners
- Attention to detail and follow-up
- An interest and intrigue in the emerging online accounting market and Fintech
- A clear results driven approach with the passion and desire to make a difference
