- Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 strategic customers
- Identify, Target, and Win new strategic customers
- Hunt for new prospects and business development leads to build a pipeline of new business
- Sell solutions into new prospect accounts within the Cloud / Voice / Data including WAN optimisation / Mobile and convergence Lines of Business by working with the SMEs, Solution Architects, and Head of Sales on a qualified opportunity
- Build multi-level relationships across strategic accounts, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring outstanding customer outcomes.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within accounts to drive revenue growth
- Work with internal stakeholders, including Solution Architects and SMEs, to design and deliver comprehensive solutions for customers.
- Achieve and exceed target revenue per month
- Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system, ensuring forecasting accuracy and seamless reporting.
- You have 10+ years of experience in sales or account management, specialising in telecommunications or cloud services.
- You are a high-performer with a track record of exceptional sales results
- You possess excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities, with the capability to develop relationships at all levels, including C-suite.
- You're familiar with sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or TAS, and have a solid understanding of technical solutions like IP Networks, Mobile, Voice, and Cloud.
- You're a proactive and results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
