Some of the responsibilities include:
  • Greet guests in a friendly, hospitable manner
  • Handle guest check-ins/check-outs in accordance with hotel credit/cash handling policies in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Provide guests with information regarding the hotel, outlets, amenities, and area
  • Respond to guest calls and requests. Employ problem resolution strategies and service recovery in the event of guest complaints.
  • Answer phones in a courteous manner and assist guests with any inquiries
  • Utilize hotel software and PMS to record guest information in an accurate manner
Qualifications:
  • Good Computer Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desirable
  • Knowledge of Opera is desirable
  • Preferable prerequisite knowledge of the Travel/Hotel industry highly regarded
