- Provide hands on leadership and management support at an operational level
- Assist in the day-to-day operation of services in an airport lounge environment
- Monitor and ensure food quality, service standards & initiatives, food & workplace safety, management systems, processes & procedures are implemented, measured and maintained to the highest standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve ongoing improvements
- Attract, develop and retain the best talent in the industry through continuous improvement and training
- RSA and Approved Manager
- Current or previous managerial experience in a premium hospitality setting
- Strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients
- Leadership skills to build, train, and motivate effective teams
- Great energy, flexibility, and professional presentation in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
