- 5+ years' experience in a B2B SaaS environment targeting enterprise level accounts
- Strong background in partner and field marketing, with a track record of planning and executing successful marketing programs
- Proven record of building strong relationships with internal teams and partners
- Experience with SalesForce (SFDC)and Hubspot or similar platforms for campaign execution and reporting
- Analytical and critical thinker
- Excellent project management skills

- Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies and campaigns to support lead generation and accelerate pipeline growth
- Build and execute highly focused ABM programs targeting multiple personas within key regional accounts
- Lead partner marketing for the region. Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, developing and executing joint lead generation campaigns as well as to-partner communications and brand awareness
- Collaborate with events team on the regional event strategy
- Work closely to ensure alignment with marketing, SDR and sales teams on campaign execution and lead follow up
- Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights
- Manage regional marketing budgets and track ROI to ensure investments contribute to business goals
