We are on the hunt for a dynamic Warehouse Assistant / Internal Sales team member to become a crucial part of our Townsville warehouse. You'll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive the best products and services while supporting our vibrant team.Requirements
  • Accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring that every item is accounted for and ready for our customers.
  • Assist in managing stock levels, including counting and recording inventory to maintain optimal stock availability.
  • Engage with internal sales inquiries, providing exceptional service and product knowledge to meet customer needs.
  • Safely load and unload goods while ensuring orders are correctly sequenced for delivery.
  • Keep the warehouse tidy and organized, creating a safe environment for everyone.
  • Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and promptly—every detail matters!
  • A valid LF Forklift License is essential; your safety and efficiency are our top priorities.
  • Strong communication skills to foster fantastic relationships with both your teammates and customers.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus; your knowledge will be invaluable in this role!
  • Have a general knowledge of the building industry.
