- Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation
- Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
- Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manage cross-contamination
- Solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a Cook is required
- Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking
- Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
- Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
