This role offers the opportunity to combine leadership, creativity and hands-on delivery within a collaborative studio environment.Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from the front end, including unpacking client briefs, developing concepts and managing the design team to deliver on time and to a high standard
Provide creative direction and strategic design input, ensuring projects are innovative and aligned with client goals
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and collaborative engagement
Oversee documentation production and be ready to step in and contribute when needed
Coordinate with consultants, builders and internal teams to achieve seamless project delivery
What We’re Looking For
7–8+ years’ experience in interior design, with a portfolio covering workplace and hospitality projects
Advanced Revit proficiency
Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively
Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
