See where your commitment could take you.Who we are looking for:We are looking for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Sydney team at our St Leonards office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects including state significant transport infrastructure, tunnels, and dams across Australia.As part of our team, you will work alongside industry leaders and enjoy a dynamic mix of technical delivery, project management, leadership, and client-facing problem solving. You will play a key role in delivering milestone projects and shaping the future of infrastructure in NSW and across Australia.Key responsibilities:

Lead medium to large-scale geotechnical projects across Sydney and New South Wales, with opportunities to contribute to national and international initiatives.
Analyse and interpret geotechnical data to develop practical, commercially viable solutions.
Undertake or oversee geotechnical assessments in areas such as tunnels, dams, slope stability, remediation, footings, foundation treatments, and ground retention systems.
Prepare and review technical proposals and reports to ensure high-quality project documentation.
Engage with clients throughout the pursuit, tendering, and delivery phases of projects, while also supporting business development activities.
Provide leadership and technical mentoring to junior engineers, fostering team capability and professional growth.

What you will bring to the team:

Relevant qualifications in geotechnical engineering, with post-graduate study advantageous.
At least 7 years' experience in geotechnical consulting and infrastructure projects.
Strong skills in investigation, interpretation, design, and delivery of geotechnical solutions.
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, prioritise tasks, and manage projects independently.
Excellent client collaboration, project management, and analytical skills using standard industry methods.
