- Motion Graphics & Animation Production: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for a wide range of marketing and communication outputs, including:
- Digital-first content for social media (e.g., animated posts, stories, short-form video).
- Dynamic digital display advertisements.
- Product animations and explainers.
- TVC frames and other video-based campaign elements.
- Internal communications and presentations.
- Creative Concepting & Storyboarding: Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, contributing strong visual and motion concepts. Develop storyboards and animatics to effectively communicate motion ideas to stakeholders.
- Cross-Channel Adaptation: Ensure motion content is optimised for various platforms and channels, understanding platform-specific requirements, best practices, and performance considerations.
- Brand Adherence & Innovation: Meticulously ensure all motion work adheres strictly to brand style guides while consistently exploring innovative animation techniques and visual storytelling approaches to enhance brand presence.
- Technical Excellence: Maintain high standards of technical execution, including file organisation, rendering efficiency, and asset management for motion projects.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or similar role within an agency or in-house creative team, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse motion projects.
- Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant motion graphics software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D software is a plus). Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation are also essential.
- Digital & Video Focus: Demonstrated experience in creating motion content specifically for digital platforms (social media, display advertising) and video production (e.g., TVCs, online video).
- Creative Storytelling: Proven ability to translate concepts and scripts into engaging animated sequences that effectively communicate messages and evoke emotion.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of animation principles, video formats, codecs, rendering processes, and optimisation for various platforms.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, able to work effectively with creative teams, marketers, and stakeholders to bring shared visions to life.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in animation, timing, and brand adherence.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving creative needs.
