We are committed to always provide value back to our audience and our team through high-quality content.Who You AreOur team is seeking a talented real life/IRL thumbnail designer for YouTube videos; that can replicate IRL thumbnails similar to Preston,Unspeakable, and The Royalty Family’s style. You must know what makes a good design and are able to help bring thumbnails to life by following brief instructions, and keeping up to date with the latest trends.Your Responsibilities and Skills

Design Real Life thumbnails for the EYstreem channel by following brief/design instructions.
To efficiently implement and onboard feedback for your thumbnail designs.
Understand and utilise the key elements of successful thumbnails.
Stay up to date with current trends/best practices within the thumbnail space.
Coordinate with the packaging team to ensure we are creating the best thumbnails
Collaborating with other team members to generate the best designs possible. This includes thumbnail ideas, and sharing assets.
Use Monday.com and Discord to communicate with the packaging team, and input thumbnail designs.

Requirements:

At least 1-2+ years of IRL thumbnails and photoshop experience.
Experience and understanding of visual designs principles for thumbnails
Portfolio or previous experience in creating these styles of thumbnail.
Great communication and accountability.
Ability to meet and understand deadlines.
Ability to understand feedback and act on it to improve.
Flexibility to adapt to deadline changes and emergency thumbnails.
Knowledge and understanding of what makes a thumbnail look realistic and not feel fake.
Always striving to improve their quality of work and internal skills.

Preferable Additional Skills

Work Experience with successful creators,
Understanding English significantly helps but isn’t mandatory.
