We are seeking an experienced Clinician to join a national mental health service supporting veterans and their families. This role sits within a 24/7 telephone-based clinical service, providing intake, triage, risk assessment, immediate support, and referrals to specialist and regional teams across Australia.As part of the Client Assist Contact Centre, you will be the first point of contact, offering trauma-informed care and brief interventions in a dynamic and high-volume environment. You will also contribute to care coordination, liaising with family members, treatment providers, and other stakeholders to ensure clients receive timely and effective support.This is a 12 month contract role with possible extension at the APS6 level, with hybrid working arrangements available.
