- Manage existing territory of customers to execute customer plans, influence inventory, increase footprint, and deliver mutual growth, in addition to scoping and securing new business opportunities
- Sell in new and exciting products, bringing to life sales strategy and channel blueprint plans across your customers
- Leverage store sales data and business reviews to drive sales opportunities, and commercialise business objectives. Ensure results are captured through iPad, and are shared back to the business and your customers
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including key customers and Multi Site Operators.
- Previous experience within a Sales role is advantageous but not essential
- Demonstrate ability to leverage sales data and category insights to influence customer decisions, build and maintain strong relationships, and deliver tailored, data-driven recommendations that drive business growth
- Organisation and prioritisation skills, to manage workload autonomously with little supervision
- Abillity to hit set KPIs, and share back wins with the wider sales team
