Core Talent are currently recruiting for a reputable National fit-out & refurbishment builder, who are seeking a Site Manager for Inner Brisbane based projects. Our client has a strong pipeline of projects and existing projects, working with some of the best clients in the construction industry. They are looking for a Site Manager to commence ASAP.Initial project is a large office tenancy in Brisbane CBD.What you will need:

Experience as a Manager with delivering fitout & refurb projects from inception to completion
5 years + experience as a Supervisor, Foreman or Site Manager
Strong communication verbally and written with internal staff, sub-contractors and clients
Experience using Procore
MUST be reliable
Ability to read and interpret drawings for the projects
QBCC License
First Aid ticket
Asbestos removal ticketed
CPR
