- Accurately process payroll and HR records, including base pay, allowances, deductions, superannuation, tax, new hires, terminations, and employee movements.
- Maintain personnel and personal records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Interpret and apply employment conditions, industrial awards, and agreements.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll and employee record queries.
- Deliver high-quality client-focused service to internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience interpreting employment conditions and relevant awards.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP and HR SuccessFactors highly desirable.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client service focus.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
