As a Water Governance Officer, you will be responsible for undertaking water reporting in accordance with legislative requirements, through the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with regulating authority representatives.Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing technical input and support for investigations and procedure development
  • Producing operational statistics for internal reporting and compliance reporting to Government Agencies
  • Addressing enquiries and complaints from the public in relation to water quality issues
  • Leading the collation and reporting on water and recycled water compliance matters
About You
  • Possession of a diploma or higher qualification in the water & wastewater industry; OR
  • Demonstrated relevant experience in a regulatory/compliance field
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience within the water and wastewater industry/field at a technical level
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare concise and accurate reports
