Perform fault diagnosis, strip and survey pumps, identifying parts and assessing condition per QA procedures.
Pressure test and rebuild pumps to ensure functionality and compliance with relevant standards.
Lead and mentor department personnel, supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.
Collaborate with Service Center Management to achieve operational targets and ensure efficient job scheduling.
Maintain long-standing customer relationships and uphold quality and safety standards.
Participate in business development through meetings and workflow optimisation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Trade Certificate III Mechanical Fitter or equivalent.
5+ years' experience working with pumps.
Strong communication and time management skills.
High-level problem-solving skills.
Ability to engage others and manage a team
