An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and dedicated Nurse Unit Manager to join the Theatre team at a private hospital in Brisbane.ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Perioperative Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership within the theatre complex. Key responsibilities include:

Operational leadership to floor coordinators, nursing and orderly teams;
Rostering, clinical audits & people leadership.

REQUIREMENTSYou will have demonstrated proven experience, or a keen interest in people development and leading team culture whilst having a thorough depth of knowledge in ACORN & National Standards.To be successful, you will have:

Current registration with AHPRA;
Rostering experience;
Experience leading high-performing teams with a service excellence approach;
Ability to communicate with influence;
Proven time management and prioritisation skills;
Demonstrate a good knowledge base in labour management;
A commitment to a high standard of clinical and customer-focused care.
