An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Catholic school leader to step into a Deputy Principal - Head of Campus role at a thriving dual-campus secondary college. This is a full-time, 3 Year tenure position commencing in 2026.As a key member of the Executive Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping student learning, wellbeing and faith formation while leading and inspiring staff. The position combines strategic leadership with the day-to-day oversight of campus life, ensuring a vibrant and connected school community.We are seeking a relational, visionary leader with proven experience in Catholic education who can foster collaboration, uphold the College's Catholic identity, and drive initiatives that support student growth and staff development. This role involves a reduced teaching load, alongside significant leadership responsibilities.About the role:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus, staff, and students
Drive wellbeing initiatives, pastoral care, and student leadership programs
Collaborate with fellow Deputy Principals to strengthen the "one College, two campuses" vision
Teach a reduced load while exercising significant leadership responsibility
Support the Principal in delivering the school's mission, values, and strategic direction
Full-time, ongoing leadership role with an initial three-year appointment, renewable following a successful mid-term review.
About You:
Current VIT registration (essential)
Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school
Postgraduate qualifications in Education, Leadership, Religious Education or Theology (or working towards)
Proven leadership experience in Catholic secondary education
Strong communication, relational, and change management skills
A commitment to Catholic ethos and child safety
