
Community based Occupational Therapist

- Visit clients in their homes, assess their needs, and design intervention programs to help them achieve meaningful goals.
- Conduct assessments for home modifications, from simple to complex.
- Assist clients in finding the right assistive technology solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with support coordinators, local area coordinators, and equipment suppliers.
- Write reports to document client progress, outcomes, and recommendations.
- A Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience or a keen interest in providing OT services to adults with disabilities, chronic disease, and complex care needs.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a flexible caseload.
- Ability to complete autonomous home and community-based assessments and interventions, following an extensive onboarding program.
- A reliable car and drivers license to visit clients in their homes.
- Current NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply).
