The CompanyWe are working closely with an impressive Financial Services organisation, who are seeking enthusiastic, tenacious, and highly driven Graduates to join their team during a very exciting time in their business growth phase. This is a rare opportunity for a Graduate (whether recently graduated or with some experience), to apply for this position. You will be afforded full training, career development opportunities into the Financial Services landscape of Stockbroking!!About the RoleAs a Junior Stockbroker, you'll work directly with the Senior Manager, learning the ropes of client acquisition, market engagement, and investment advisory. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Call and engage warm leads from our database
  • Educate prospects on investment opportunities
  • Support senior brokers in onboarding new clients
  • Stay across market trends, stock performance & global news
What we are looking for
  • Bachelors in finance / economics / business or similar
  • Experience in Customer Service / B2B Sales or similar
  • Passion for Finance and Sales
  • Excellent communicator, negotiation skills and a strong relationship builder
  • Ambitious, resilient and seriously hungry to learn
  • Be ready to work in a fast paced, high volume, high energy and highly driven team environment
