- Working with clients to understand their specific needs and designing appropriate solutions within the platform.
- Configuring work types, forms, workflows, and document templates within the environment.
- Integrating the platform with other systems like document management systems (DMS) and other relevant business applications.
- Providing technical support to clients and training their teams on how to effectively use the platform.
- Creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation for both internal and external users.
- Contributing to the implementation lifecycle, from initial workshops to go-live and ongoing support.
- Supporting sales efforts by demonstrating the capabilities of the platform and potentially creating prototypes.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, database concepts, and experience with low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with legal workflows, processes, and terminology is highly beneficial.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
- Experience managing the implementation of software solutions.
