Join us and become a Heartist®.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur Concierge team is responsible for providing first impressions to our guests, and as a Night Porter you will play a crucial role in supporting smooth overnight operations and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Welcoming guests.
Carrying luggage.
Valet parking guest vehicles.
Explaining hotel facilities.
Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance.
Providing tourism information including dining and entertainment recommendations.
Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program.
Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster from 11pm - 7am including Overnights and Public Holidays.

You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.QualificationsOur ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes (bit not limited to):

Experience in a similar role (essential);
Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud;
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures;
A guest-centric mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and
Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster from 11pm - 7am including Overnights and Public Holidays.
