You're a driven and delivery focused civil engineer who thrives in complex project environments and is passionate about shaping sustainable infrastructure. You bring a strong foundation in highway design, combined with a collaborative mindset, strength in communication and eagerness to grow within a purpose-driven team. To be successful in this role, you will have: 3+ years of hands-on design experience in highways and infrastructure projects, ideally within the NSW market. Experience on Transport for NSW (TfNSW) road projects, which will be highly regarded. A Master's/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and a commitment to professional development, ideally working towards Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) accreditation. Strong knowledge of local design standards including the Austroads Guide to Road Design (AGRD) and TfNSW Supplements, with the ability to apply these effectively in real-world contexts. Familiarity with AutoCAD and exposure to industry-standard road design software such as 12D, OpenRoads, or Civil 3D. Experience collaborating within multi-disciplinary design teams, contributing to integrated, high-quality project outcomes. Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment.
