These tools are being stitched into a platform that will define a new mode of providing healthcare.We've recently raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and we have an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US. Heidi is looking for a driven Sales Intern to join our team selling our AI resident product Heidi Scribe. As a Sales Intern, you will gain meaningful sales experience and have the opportunity to transition from a monthly casual contract to a permanent role.What you'll do:Conduct demos of Heidi scribe for warm inbound leads and help create templates for our clinical specialists.Network, build, and nurture relationships with clinicians, specialists, hospitals, and clinics to build a sales pipeline.Nurture every lead by being clinician obsessed and follow-up to support them adopting our AI tools into their workflow.Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers at companies in target clinic groups.Attend sales meetings and demos, take notes, and provide support.Track prospecting efforts and engagement in CRM, logging all notes, activities and updating lead status.Gather customer feedback and market insights to share with product and marketing teams.Monitor industry news, trends, and competitors and share competitive intel.What we'll look for:Strong communication skills and comfort conducting cold outreach.Self-motivated with an action bias and ability to operate in ambiguity.Fast learner who is adaptable, innovative, and excited to work on cutting-edge products.Passionate about sales with an entrepreneurial spirit.Flexibility to cover some US/UK timezones when needed.What do we believe in?We create unconventional solutions to difficult problems and we build them fast.
