We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slickline Supervisor to join our team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy projects and be able to lead a team of technicians in the maintenance and operation of slickline equipment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate slickline operations on renewable energy projects
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Train and mentor slickline technicians
Manage equipment inventory and maintenance schedules
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting supportRequired Skills and Experience:Minimum of 5 years experience in slickline operations
Proven track record of supervising teams in a renewable energy setting
Strong knowledge of slickline equipment and techniques
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
