Salary: $216,300 – $310,389 + 11.5% Super + Salary Packaging & Relocation SupportWe are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist with expertise in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry to join a leading public health service in Tasmania. Based in Hobart, this is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary mental health team within a major tertiary teaching hospital setting.About the Role:As a Staff Specialist in the Consultation-Liaison team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality general adult psychiatric services to inpatients and outpatients, including emergency and short-stay mental health settings.
- Act as a key consultant to a range of health professionals, including medical, allied health, and community providers.
- Supervise and mentor psychiatric registrars and junior medical staff.
- Play a pivotal role in advancing mental health care delivery aligned with national standards and service principles.
