  • Understand the cardholder's travel requirements including, accommodation, and special interests
  • Plan and fulfil travel requests from product offering, booking, payment, issue/reissue tickets and proactive follow up
  • Provide recommendations and support Card Members through self fulfilling their lifestyle bookings for dining, event tickets, and more
  • Fulfil any special access or by invitation only events
  • Meet key performance targets such as efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Delivers exceptional Customer service
Skills and experience
  • To create and deliver travel & lifestyle services to our cardmember's, you will have:
  • Global Distribution System (GDS) work knowledge; Sabre is helpful
  • Travel agency experience within a fast-paced environment; Preferably in a contact centre
  • Luxury product knowledge including airlines, hotels, cruise, dining, theatre, fashion, sports & events
  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A will to win and have worked in a Performance based environment where regular coaching and feedback is provided to achieve results
  • Strong collaboration with others to achieve shared goals; Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience where you have demonstrated integrity, accountability, agility, and adaptability in your actions
Roster
  • Work 5 days a week, 8 hours shift (30 minutes break + 2 x 15 minutes break in between)
  • Rotating roster 7 days a week, 7am-7pm (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Roster changes every 3 months
