As a Corporate Receptionist your duties will be:
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment, managing office stationery, Anticipating client requirements and Ad-hoc responsibilities.
- Creating an engaging environment within the workplace by developing and supporting human resource programs and events within the office.
- Foster and create a welcoming environment for clients and internal team by providing a caring and timely service.
- Conducting the registration service, Compliance and management of visitors access through the Visitors Management Systems (VMS) and Executing emergency response plan to ensure safety of clients/guests when necessary.
- Mail responsibilities within the office, Management of transport request from clients and employees.
- Assisting with scheduling, meeting room bookings, and planning events and community events around the office to foster fun in the workplace.
- Australian Citizenship is essential.
- 2-years’ experience in Hospitality and/or Tourism sector or related professional area.
- Prior experience to a similar role.
- Strong experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Systems experience in Microsoft office, Word, PowerPoint, excel, Outlook. Publisher or Canva experience would be beneficial.
- Training will be provided for certain systems and tasks.
