This progressive, family-owned pharmacy which is a short drive inland from Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast-has recently undergone a major refit featuring robotic dispensing and purpose-built consult rooms. Owned and operated by a father-son team who are both fully involved in the day-to-day operations, the business prides itself on intentional, top-tier customer service and a genuinely friendly, supportive work culture.Job Specification:Due to continued expansion, an Intern Pharmacist is now sought to join this well-established and engaged team. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday, with optional participation in a 1-in-4 Saturday morning roster for additional earnings. You'll work alongside 2-3 other pharmacists and be supported by a dispensary technician, pharmacy assistants, and a Nurse Prescriber.This is an ideal setting to intentionally build your skills under the guidance of experienced pharmacists who are already providing full-scope services. You'll be actively supported if you wish to pursue full-scope practice yourself.Skills Required:

Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and current AHPRA provisional registration.

Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, service-focused environment.

Interest in full-scope pharmacy services.

Minimum of 2 years experience in Australian community pharmacy setting with full work rights (no sponsorship is able to be provided).

Salary & Benefits:

$32/hr plus super

Partial financial support if undertaking full-scope training
