We’re now looking for an energetic Venue Coordinator to join our team at The Greens.In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate the daily operations of The Greens, including bars, functions, barefoot bowls, and sporting events. You’ll work closely with the Bowls Operations Manager and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and memorable experiences for our members and guests.What you’ll do:

Oversee bar, functions, and barefoot bowls operations.
Coordinate bowls events, bookings, and club visits.
Supervise, train, and support staff on shift.
Liaise with internal teams and committees to ensure smooth event delivery.
Help promote and grow the bowls community at Moama Bowling Club.

What you’ll bring:

Experience in food & beverage and/or functions.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Customer service focus with problem-solving ability.
Keen interest in bowls or sports coordination.
Current NSW RSA (essential).
Availability to work weekends.
