- Architect and design scalable ARCS solutions to streamline and automate account reconciliation processes.
- Lead end-to-end implementations of ARCS, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimise reconciliation workflows and integration points.
- Provide technical leadership in ARCS configuration, automation, and integration with other Oracle EPM tools.
- Define and deliver best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives and ongoing enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, governance, and industry best practices.
- Drive innovation through proof-of-concept (PoC) developments for new features and integrations.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ARCS and related EPM solutions.
- Mentor and upskill junior consultants, promoting capability growth across the team.
- Engage in business development activities including solution design workshops and client consultations.
- Significant experience in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions with a focus on ARCS and FCCS.
- Proven expertise in solution architecture, system integration, and automation within financial close and reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and hands-on proficiency in Oracle FCCS, HFM, and related applications.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable reconciliation solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Oracle EPM certifications or relevant credentials.
- Experience in cloud-based financial applications.
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, and regulatory standards.
