- Greet, assist and direct candidates/new hires/visitors and the general public to the appropriate staff
- Handling and maintaining our meeting and shared spaces within the office and providing support when meetings are being hosted as required.
- Manage all onsite catering and event requirements with local and interstate stakeholders.
- Ensure the shared spaces are topped up with teas, coffee, milk etc at all times
- Providing additional administrative support to the manager and wider team
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in managing multiple room bookings
