Title: Cost/ Schedule AnalystThe OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Cost/Schedule Analyst to support the delivery of accurate project cost, schedule, and performance insights. Working closely with project managers and finance teams, you will play a key role in maintaining schedules, tracking budgets, and identifying risks to keep projects on track.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6
Assist with cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
Monitor cost and schedule performance; identify variances
Support earned value management (EVM) reporting
Collaborate with project and finance teams
Prepare progress reports and dashboards
Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning

Who are you?To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in project controls and the technical expertise to deliver accurate, timely insights. You’ll be able to combine analytical capability with clear communication to support successful project outcomes.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
5+ years’ experience in project controls
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel
Familiarity with EVM and critical path analysis
Strong analytical and communication skills
Eligibility for Baseline or NV1 clearance – Must be an Australian Citizen
